- How does billing work?
- Plans renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the customer portal without contacting support.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
- Absolutely. Moving from monthly to yearly applies a prorated credit, and downgrading back to monthly takes effect on your next renewal date.
- Is there an enterprise offering?
- Yes. Enterprise unlocks custom SLAs, on-premise or VPC deployment, and direct access to our engineering team. Reach out and we will tailor a plan for your production environment.
- What happens if I exceed my quota?
- We pause additional generations instead of billing surprise overages. Upgrade your plan or contact us for burst allowances if you need more throughput during a busy production window.
